I don’t have time to work with a coach.
Perfect! I only work with Superwomen who are way too busy to work with me. Why? Because I can show you easy ways to free up your schedule for “me” time – time that will help you be a better, happier you for yourself and your family.
Why is this program so expensive? I can’t afford the coaching fee.
I designed the Superwoman Self-Care Bootcamp so that I help you start the work and you can continue long after the program is over. I teach you step by step how to open your schedule, find time for the things that recharge your batteries AND get the help you need to do it. And when life goes upside down again, you can re-use the workbook over and over. This will help you reset if you get into a funk or after major life changes (such as a new job, kids going to school or parents retiring).
I’ve worked with a coach before and it didn’t help? What’s so different about you?
Not only am I a Superwoman, I’m also a mental health professional. For 11 years, have made it my mission to help people lives healthier lives with the people they love without losing themselves in the process. I have already helped countless others reduce and manage their stress and be better mothers, sisters, wives, friends, employees and bosses.
As a Superwoman myself, I also know what it’s like to have a million things to do and not enough time. I have created time for myself without sacrificing my relationships with my family. I’ve also found easy ways to take care of myself first without feeling disconnection with my loved ones. I can help you do the same.
Since you’re a mental health professional, does that mean this is therapy?
No, as a life coach, I will be focusing only on helping you find the solutions you need so you can have the life you want. As you are the Superwoman, I’m your sidekick. I also DO NOT accept insurance as life coaching is not covered.
What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?
Glad you asked. Therapy digs into past history, life experience and any events that may impact a person today. A therapist is focused on healing deep wounds that affect a person now and provides a diagnosis based on symptoms that have occurred over a lengthy period of time. A therapist can provide services by accepting insurance. Therapy can be brief or go on for an extended period of time.
Life coaching focuses on the here and now with an eye on what you hope for the future. It is solution-focused, time-limited and designed to help you make changes now. A life coach does not provide a diagnosis or accept insurance for payment. The life coaching relationship can be as long or as short as you need to create the changes you want.
